In Dubai and Abu Dhabi, buyers compare several providers on their phones before sending one WhatsApp message. Your website decides whether that message comes to you. This guide is the launch process we use for UAE businesses, from the first sitemap to the day Search Console starts showing impressions.

Step 1: Know your UAE audience

Most UAE sites need English as the main language and Arabic as a full second version, especially for government, real estate, healthcare and family-focused brands. Decide which emirates you serve, which languages your buyers search in, and what you want them to do: call, book, buy or send a WhatsApp message.

Step 2: Pick the right platform

PlatformBest forWatch out for
WordPressService businesses, clinics, consultancies and content-led sitesNeeds good hosting, updates and a light theme
WebflowDesign-led brands, agencies, startups and launchesArabic RTL needs extra setup; plan it early
ShopifyOnline stores selling in AED with local deliveryApps add cost and weight; keep the stack lean

Our Dubai website checklist goes deeper on what to ask an agency before you sign.

Step 3: Pages UAE buyers expect

  • Home: one clear line, your emirates, services, proof and WhatsApp.
  • One page per service: what is included, starting prices in AED, FAQs and a short form.
  • About: licence or trade name, team, years of experience and office location.
  • Case studies: real results and screenshots, with client permission.
  • Contact: WhatsApp first, a map, working hours Monday to Friday, and a form that allows more than one service.

Step 4: Arabic, speed and mobile

Build Arabic as a real right-to-left version with its own copy, not machine translation, and link both versions with hreflang. Design mobile first, compress images, avoid heavy sliders and test Core Web Vitals. Keep the WhatsApp button visible on every screen.

Step 5: SEO and GEO from day one

  • A unique meta title and description for every page, written for the emirate you target.
  • Structured data for your business, services, FAQs, articles and authors.
  • A complete Google Business Profile that matches your website details.
  • Crawlers allowed in robots.txt, an XML sitemap and an llms.txt summary for AI tools.
  • Blogs and guides linking to your service pages.

This is the base of our SEO and GEO service, which helps you appear on Google and in answers from ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.

Step 6: Tracking and lead capture

Install Google Analytics 4, verify Google Search Console and add the Meta Pixel with the Conversions API before launch. Track WhatsApp clicks, calls and form submissions as conversions, keep each lead with its source and landing page, and send alerts to email and WhatsApp. Without this, Meta Ads spend cannot be judged.

Step 7: Privacy and trust

Publish a clear privacy policy, collect only the data you need and handle it in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). Businesses in free zones such as DIFC or ADGM have their own data protection rules, so check which one applies. Show your trade name, contact details and returns policy if you sell online.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to launch a website in the UAE?

A focused bilingual service website usually takes about six weeks from planning to launch. Online stores take longer because of product data and payment setup.

Should my UAE website be in English or Arabic?

Most UAE businesses lead with English and add a full Arabic version. If you sell to government, families or Arabic-speaking buyers, Arabic matters even more.

Which privacy law applies to my UAE website?

Most mainland businesses follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law. DIFC and ADGM have their own data protection rules, so check where your business is licensed.

How do I get the PDF version?

Use the download form on this page. If the PDF is not ready to download yet, we send it to you on WhatsApp.

Do you accept clients from other countries?

Yes. We are happy to accept clients worldwide. We work remotely in Arabic and English by calls and WhatsApp.
