A new website is the one marketing asset you fully own. Built well, it ranks on Google, gets quoted by AI assistants, makes ads cheaper and turns visitors into WhatsApp conversations. Built badly, it looks nice and does nothing. This guide is the launch process we follow for Saudi businesses on WordPress, Webflow and Shopify.

Step 1: Plan before you design

  • Goal: enquiries, bookings or online sales. Every page should support it.
  • Platform: WordPress for service and content sites, Webflow for design-led brands, Shopify or Salla for stores. See our platform comparison.
  • Keywords: one main Arabic and English keyword per page, mapped in a sheet.
  • Sitemap: home, one page per service, about, case studies, blog, guides, contact and privacy.

Step 2: Page templates that work

PageJobMust include
HomeExplain and routeOne clear line, services, proof, WhatsApp, links to service pages
ServiceRank and convertOne H1 with service and city, details, price range, FAQs, form and WhatsApp
AboutBuild trust for people and AIWho you are, credentials, years, cities, team photos
Case studyProve resultsChallenge, work done, real numbers and screenshots, with permission
Blog and guidesWin questions and capture leadsDirect answers, lead forms at top and bottom, links to services
ContactRemove frictionWhatsApp first, short form with multi-service choice, map and hours

Step 3: Arabic done right

Set the Arabic pages to right-to-left at the template level, mirror layouts and icons, choose an Arabic font with good weights, and write the copy for Saudi readers. Link each Arabic page to its English version with hreflang so Google serves the right one.

Step 4: Speed and mobile

Design mobile first. Compress and lazy-load images, use modern formats such as WebP, avoid sliders and heavy page builders, and test Core Web Vitals before launch. Keep the WhatsApp button and the main call to action visible on small screens.

Step 5: SEO and GEO foundations

  • Unique meta titles and descriptions per page.
  • Structured data for organization, local business, services, FAQs, articles and authors.
  • Clean URLs, XML sitemap and robots.txt that allow search and AI crawlers.
  • Internal links from blogs and guides to the service pages.
  • An llms.txt summary for AI tools.

These are the same foundations we use in our SEO and GEO service.

Team preparing a website launch

Step 6: Tracking and lead capture

Before launch, connect Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and the Meta Pixel with the Conversions API. Track WhatsApp clicks, calls and forms as conversions, store each lead with its source and landing page, and send new leads to email and WhatsApp so nobody waits. This is what makes Meta Ads and SEO measurable.

Step 7: Privacy and compliance

Publish a privacy policy, collect only the data you need, and ask for consent where required under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law. Stores should show the business and contact details Saudi e-commerce rules require.

For an interior design studio, a bilingual site launched this way brought 13 qualified leads in its first 30 days with no ads. Read the case study.

One last check

Before launch, open the site on a phone, switch to Arabic, tap every button and submit every form. If a step feels slow or unclear to you, it will feel worse to a visitor. Fix it now, because the first weeks of a new site set the first impression and the first data Google sees.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to launch a website in Saudi Arabia?

A focused bilingual service website usually takes about six weeks from planning to launch. Stores and larger sites take longer because of content and product data.

What should be ready before design starts?

Your goal, platform choice, keyword map and sitemap. Having real content for key pages early also shortens the project a lot.

Do I need both Arabic and English at launch?

If your customers use both, launch both. Otherwise start with the main language and add the second as a full set of pages, not a quick translation.

How do I get the PDF version?

Use the download form on this page. If the PDF is not ready to download yet, we send it to you on WhatsApp.

Do you accept clients from other countries?

Yes. We are happy to accept clients worldwide. We work remotely in Arabic and English by calls and WhatsApp.
